If you need to update contact details of your outlet, add an authorised person or appoint a new manager to your outlet, you need to complete the Retailer Updates Form. New managers of Lotterywest outlets will also need to complete MALO training.

Contact your Retail Relationship Officer (RRO) directly - they can answer any questions you have about your sales and work with you on business development strategies. Your RRO is available from Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 4:30pm.
